Dayton Pediatric Dentistry

They are so unprofessional!! They absolutely never answer phone calls and never respond to any voicemails, they canceled my kids appointments TWICE and never would return my calls to reschedule and would cancel the appointments without even explaining why! It seems like they have to many patients to be able to keep up with all of them, i had to find a new dentist because the not responding and never answering phone calls was exhausting and I didn't have time to have to walk in every time I needed to schedule a appointment like I had to do the first time they canceled the appointments ( the least they should of done was call ME to reschedule since they canceled it not me but of course i was the one having to do it) altogether this place is a joke.

Absolutely love this office! Met with the hygienist and she was great! The office staff was amazing too. We met with Dr. Hensley. My son needed lots of dental work done, he was scheduled quickly at Dayton Children’s for his procedure, and was in and out within an hour. Dr. Hensley was so kind, and personable. He answered all of our questions, went over all of the dental work done in great detail and made sure we knew what to expect going forward. This procedure was a scary thing for my son, and Dr. Hensley and his staff made my son feel so brave and confident. Who ever does the hiring at Dayton pediatric dentistry needs a round of applause and a raise! We are so impressed.

Long, long wait times in the office (waited 2 hours in the waiting room before seeing the dentist at the first consultation appointment). We liked the dentist once we finally met him, but the wait was ridiculous. Made two different follow-up appointments (for fillings), only to have them rescheduled 1-2 weeks before the appointment due to the dentist changing his schedule and not being in the office on the two scheduled dates. The first available dates to complete the fillings were 8 weeks later! We won't be going back to Dayton Pediatric Dentistry, and I'm thankful I have insurance and the resources to take my child to a better managed dentist office.

Been bringing my child here for almost the past 10 years... These past few years it's gotten ridiculous with the office management! Almost every single appointment my child has get rescheduled because they can't seem to do their job and schedule the correct amount of time! I've had her appointment scheduled for almost a month now for her tooth to be fixed and they said they only had her down for 40 mins when they need 60... Shouldn't that have been thought of when making the schedule instead of waiting 2 days before hand to reschedule? Ppl have a life too. And they couldn't push someone elses appointment back because they've been waiting awhile yet we have been too and it was the office fault. Lack of communication, lack of effort, & lack of management! If your going to do a job do it the

Currently sitting in the waiting room for an hour and 15 mins. Appointment time was 10. Got here early and checked in and have sat here since. Will update review once we actually get back there and see the dentist. Absolutely unacceptable to be this far off the scheduled time. Saw the dentist and the person that did the cleaning finally. Extremely good job and professional and couldn't be happier with the care my child received. Just rough waiting for that long.
