Dayton Children's Urgent Care - Huber Heights

We were a walk in appointment, arrived at 430 and left at 630 which seemed reasonable! We dealt with very nice nurses and the practitioner was amazing with our 11 month old. What was nice was they were really busy so they called in another practitioner so that people didn't have to wait any longer than necessary. That to us was a big plus! I would recommend this place!

As a parent, it's crucial to continue advocating for your child's health throughout their medical care, starting from prenatal stages and persisting through every doctor's visit. After conducting a relatively thorough examination, the doctor surprisingly attempted to discharge my son despite his persistent fever and other concerning symptoms. With minimal inspection of my son's mouth, he then requested that I scrape out some bacteria for further examination. Following this, he began discussing vaccinations before leaving the room. Upon his return, he suggested the possibility of measles without providing any further context before exiting the room again. I’m never impressed when I come here. I’m usually dismissed and sent on my way. This is the third time it’s happened. I only come here when my child’s pediatrician is full. With a child having a 103.2 degree fever and breathing issues, best they could offer me was a flu test.

I had a wonderful experience here. My son was helped as soon as possible. Short wait. He was actively getting sick and the check I'm lady was so patient. She waited until I could answer questions and didn't seem bothered at all. She gave us a bag when needed and tissues. Everyone seemed very compassionate. Our doctor was happy to explain and answer questions. Everyone was so caring and helped us get our as fast as possible!

I have nothing but amazing words for every single person we encountered today. From registration to nurses/doctors, everyone made this experience great. We knew we needed to find a pediatrics urgent care for our daughters issue, so we decided to make the hour drive to this location. They made our daughter so comfortable and just were so gentle and caring with our 2yo. Very happy we made the drive and if we could see this location for more visits we would! 100% highly recommend coming here for urgent care. Thank you everyone!
