Aspen Dental - Huber Heights, OH

The stars are given to the professionalism of the staff. But it's not a place for me. No insurance customer. Went in just to have my tooth pulled. Or at least be given something to curb the pain. And yet. Spent all of 2 mins with the dentist, who immediately wants to sell me partials (totally up to me) and then spent 30 minutes with the hygienist. At the end after everything the proposed bill was almost 8k. I can get financed they say. No thank you. The extraction is 477... 60% due before being scheduled. I felt like once the salesman realized I wasn't buying the dental timeshare he No longer cared to speak to me. But no worries. I thank them for the time they took. Just too rich for my blood

Wonderful experience! Cassidy was by far the best dental hygienist I’ve had work on my teeth before; thorough, great advice, & attention to detail. I normally visit the Troy location, so having this been my first time at a new location I was highly impressed.

Called to see if they took my insurance was directed to call center was told they expected my insurance and could get me in the same day was so happy I had a broken tooth that was giving me a lot of pain told them what insurance I had said yes we take it gave them all my info and also booked appointments for my 3 kids was so happy I was gonna get my issues addressed with my broken tooth everything was all set about 30 mins latter had a call and wanted to confirm my appointment and asked what insurance I had said I have care source then they said we dont take that it would be 400 cash to be seen that day! I'm very upset wish I could give 0 stars waste of my time why take 40mins of my time and saying yes to me when they dont take my insurance do better!

I came in with a horrible toothache, I had a cap on my tooth that fell off and the pain was insane. They opened at 7 and I was there by 715 no appointment just a walk in. They took me in rather quickly and Charlie ate up an injection and I felt I was in heaven, she said she could see my face totally relaxed. In about a week or so later I went in and they pulled the tooth and fitted me with a partial that fit without any extra manipulation. I am so grateful for the staff there, they were amazing.

This place is a complete joke. Absolute indifference for your personal time, when you schedule an appointment and get to spend hours waiting for specialist to show up. They rescheduled my appointment three! times, but they made sure to bill me for the upcoming vist of course. Front desk tried to tell me, they usually call and confirm all the appointments at least three times. Well guess what, they never did. I followed the link and confirm my appointment myself. When I showed her a screen with confirmation, she just brushed it off saying she doesn't know what happened. Zero accountability. Even one star it is too much for what they are. Stay away from this place.
