My mom is a patient at Keeneland Nursing Home in Weatherford. There has been many issues in which we have encountered and have documentation of. Abuse, neglect, intimidation, threats, unsafe living conditions, failure to release medication to family for a 72 hour leave for a dementia patient. They won’t allow my mom to have her cell phone and told me, my dad and my fiancé we could not have access to my mom since we have turned them into the state, ombudsman and HHSC; I have pictures, admissions on voice recording and other documentation for the courts and state to see to finally stop this nonsense! If you want your family to be cutoff from you and tormented to death by being isolated for those that only love and protect them....this is the the place.

I would have gave it a zero if possible.
