The staff is so friendly and helpful! The doctors are amazing; they really care about making sure you’re comfortable and healthy, taking their time to check you out. Plus, the facility is super clean and easy to get to, and you don’t have to wait long to see the doctor.

I was able to get a same day appointment and was promptly seen at my appointment time. The entire staff (front desk, nurse, and physicians assistant) were excellent! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this practice!

I went there Saturday, January 3rd because a triage nurse from Novant told me to go to an urgent care. By the way…I am a breast cancer patient and it’s highly important for me to stay well because of being immunocompromised. With that being said…I have been feeling very sick because healthcare workers come to my house without masks (which is going to end). Anyway, I chose to go to Dawson Street Urgent Care because it was less than 10 minutes away. I get there and the PA talks to me after she gets my COVID/flu results. She states that it’s NEGATIVE but it looks like the beginning of the flu…there are several cases popping up like mine. I ask her if it’s the beginning of the flu why is the test negative. She back tracks and says it’s not the beginning of the flu…it’s just flu like symptoms.
