Dr. Dawson is outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the entire office made me feel relaxed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Dawson is incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and somehow makes even dental work feel stress-free.

From the very first phone call, my experience with Dawson’s Dentistry was exceptional. The staff was kind, welcoming, and made scheduling easy. I went in for a cleaning and also had multiple fillings done, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Dental visits make me very anxious, but Dr. Dawson truly went above and beyond. He took his time, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, clearly explained what was being done, and walked me through multiple options without any pressure. He made me feel like a person—not just another appointment on the schedule. To top it all off, I received the sweetest handwritten thank-you note after my visit, which meant so much. Dr. Dawson is professional, knows his stuff, and very personable. I didn't realize customer service could be so good at a dental office. He fixed my teeth that were so jacked up and treated me like his friend, explained everything with patience, and I left with a HUGE SMILE :) I highly recommend him.

Dr. Dawson is an amazing dentist! He took the time to walk me through my X-rays and explain any areas of concern. I’ve never had a dentist do that, or use a bite block before, and it made such a difference. I was much more comfortable. My whole experience was great from start to finish, they even let me pick music I enjoy to listen to. I’m usually in a lot of pain during and after dental visits but this time I felt completely fine! Dr. Dawson and his assistant were so gentle that I actually started to fall asleep during my procedure. They even sent me thoughtful thank you letters afterward and Dr. Dawson personally followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. That kind of care is really rare and means a lot!
