Dawn Chimento Core and Pelvic Therapy

I can’t recommend Dawn enough. I saw her during pregnancy for pelvic and leg pain related to my baby’s positioning, and she made such a difference. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to truly understand what you’re experiencing. Every session felt personalized and thoughtful. She not only helped relieve my pain, but also educated me on what was happening in my body and gave me practical tools I could use between appointments. I always left feeling better and more supported. She also helped me feel prepared and confident going into delivery. If you’re pregnant and dealing with pelvic discomfort or just want to feel stronger and more prepared for birth, Dawn is absolutely worth it! Thank you Dawn!!!!!!!!!!

Dawn is amazing! I came to Dawn with debilitating nerve pain that came on suddenly. On my first visit she got to the root of the problem and explained things thoroughly. Her physical therapy is so relaxing and therapeutic, her space is so calm and her knowledge is stellar! I am feeling 90% better after my 2nd visit and I am learning so much more about how to stay fit and healthy while working through this nerve issue which affected my leg and pelvis..
