My experience here has been amazing. I see Dr. Crittenden, she takes her time, listens & is caring in nature. Highly recommend her! She found my Melanoma & was very proactive with my treatment & care.

A friend of mine took time off work to go follow-up with her dermatologist about a surgical procedure. When she got to the office, one of the receptionists was rude to her, and basically made fun of her for coming in on the wrong date...even though that is the date she was given by another staff member over the phone. She came back to work very shaken by the poor service. She has had great things to say about Dr. Dawkins up until now but is currently considering not returning. Especially considering the nature of her appointment, where she was already nervous about skin surgery, the receptionist was discourteous about the error and did not make her feel welcome to return. Excellent experience. Jordan Hintze and his team run things professionally. I had a spot on my face that other doctors looked at but would not do anything. Jordan Hintze was willing to do a biopsy, confirm it was cancer and get me quickly to a surgeon for removal. Thank you Jordan Hintze and team! I am grateful.

I waited two months for this appointment that I desperately needed, as. I have been in pain from my skin issues. I have been going to my primary in the mean time but they can only do so much. I used to go to this doctor growing up and she is fantastic. However when I scheduled staff said they took my insurance. I took off work, only to arrive and find out they do not take my insurance. If you have state employee insurance they probably can't see you.
