My mom has been a patient for several years at Southfield location and recently moved. I was considering transferring her because she recently moved but decided against the transfer. The entire staff at the Southfield location has always been super friendly, kind and supportive with my mom’s care and I thank each employee for everything that they have done!!!!!!!!

Dont go there, Period. You will save yourself a daily headache. Just to say i provided them my insurance card and started getting bills as if i didn't have insurance. Then in december (months after i left left for their bad service) i get a bill saying i dont have insurance. Call and get them to get their act together and finally get told my balance is zero. 4 months later i get another bill for a service date a year ago... Funny thing i wasnt even in the state of Michigan at that time, hell i was hospitalized in another state at that time. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! Also, when you ask for a refill,expect 2 to 3 weeks of asking them constantly to finally get them to send a prescription to your pharmacy.

This center is amazing so many friendly staff members waiting to patiently assist you. The nurses and techs are super nice and helpful an all around amazing experience.
