The Snellville location lacks both professionalism and a sense of urgency. I arrived with my daughter at 245 for a 3pm consultation appointment. We were still in the lobby waiting for service at 4:12pm. We watched several clients who came in after us receive service as we sat waiting to be helped. When we questioned the extended wait time at the front desk, we were told someone should have made us aware that a consultation could take up to 2 hours. We ended up leaving the office around 4:15. I do not feel like this practice would value my time as a customer. I took time off work and checked my daughter out of school in Duluth for this visit, to have our time wasted in a lobby waiting area. I was not even offered an apology. I’ve been with Davis Family Orthodontics for almost 2 years and I’m so happy with my results so far The staff is great, the office is welcoming, and I can’t wait to see my final results!

After having bad experiences with a few dental procedures its was concerning for me with dental visits but when I found the Davis Family Orthodontics office I had a good experience it may have restored my faith in dental care. The doctors and assistants answered any and all questions. Their patients are the primary concern at this company. The prices are very reasonable for work that is not covered by your insurance. Give them a try I know you will be happy with their work. They accept all patients.

Both Dr’s are great and extremely welcoming. The staff is so understanding and always accommodating to each need that I’ve had!
