It was a very good experience. The staff at the front-desk were so friendly and courteous. They helped me expedite the process. Dr. David Howington and the Hygienist are friendly and patiently explained my son's dental issues in detail showing the enlarged form in the X-ray. Their interiors at their clinic is amazing.

I literally drive from Adel so that he can see my children!! If he accepted my insurance he would be for me too… absolutely the best dentist I have ever had and takes great care of my babies!! I have 4 and he even makes sure that they are all seen together to make it super easy for me. That really makes a huge difference and it is appreciated so much and should be acknowledged!!

After waiting 2hrs in the lobby another 45mins in the back and was told we would have to wait another 1hr before been seen, even though we were on time for our appointment I expressed how ridiculous the service was and asked to just reschedule I received a letter in the mail saying that my kids would not be able to return. Mind you my kids have been going to the office since they started seeing a dentist and the waiting and over booking people over the years have gotten worse. I didn’t use ugly words or disrespectful just said it was ridiculous about the wait and my kids got dropped.

Today, my four sons had an appointment beginning at 1015 hours; and they text you very frequently to remind you of the time they are beginning. We arrived at 0945 hours. I was notified that my oldest son's insurance had been deactivated and they were just notified shortly before our arrival (no problem, an issue I can fix with the insurance company). They were gracious enough to still give him a school excuse. Issue #1: There were patients of all ages signing in that had appointments at 1030, 1045, and 1100 hours. We are thinking, "Hey, smart like us, 'Arrive early, get out early'". Guess again; before my first son was called in, the patients with later appointments were being called back, and leaving before my first son was called back. Took my 16 year old daughter here and this man literally got rude and mad at her because she could feel pain when he was trying to pull her tooth. He literally got mad at HER and was so so ugly. She said she was scared he may hurt her on purpose because of the way he was acting towards her. This isn’t the first time he’s literally been mean and impatient to children who sat in his chair. Some people just shouldn’t work with the public period. Don’t take your crap Out on children. Btw he stopped pulling and left it half in there and told us he would only refer to Columbus ga.
