Dr. David Robles’ Oak Tree Dermatology had a professional team of competent staff. I came in, filled forms (5 min) and was seen within minutes for my skin, nail and hair concerns. I wanted to check if my irregular spots were indicative of carcinoma, but checking the moles and having a full body skin check, Dr. Robles deduced with his expertise that my only problem was likely alopecia, and he recommended a topical steroid scalp treatment. Three of staff did come into the exam room with us, and I felt treated with dignity, respect and patience. Besides being happy with the appointment , I was even gifted me skincare samples, which was over-the-top amazing. They offer Botox, cosmetic procedures.

I had my dermatologist appointment today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was great, and I truly felt cared for the entire time. The doctor gave me full attention, listened carefully to all my concerns, and made sure I had the opportunity to address every question I had. I really appreciated how thorough and patient they were, and they even prescribed something to help with my oily skin. Their professionalism, care, and listening skills made me feel confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this dermatologist to anyone looking for quality care and genuine attentiveness.

Excellent Dermatologist, I was so lucky to get referred here since they took care of my alopecia and my hair started growing back. Definitely blessed to receive their care. Also, I got my Botox here and it was so worth it. 100% recommend.
