I would give ZERO stars if possible for these dentists and everyone in this practice! This is the worst and most unprofessional group of people I have ever been to in my life! I specifically advised the rude, front desk employee that coverage was to expire as of March 1st 2025. The employee understood and confirmed this information, yet failed to provide any clarification and allowed work to be commenced for a crown that is now NOT COVERED. The primary dentist will do a crown in house, yet his partner dentist will send it out to a laboratory. This situation could have been easily avoided had the crown been done at the time of service. My husband and I have each had a lot of dental work done in this office over the past couple of years, most of it by Dr. Ingrid Remigino. We cannot say enough positive things about her amazing skills, professionalism, and kindness. She always makes you feel completely at ease, both physically and emotionally, and makes every visit very positive and enjoyable. (And she is an absolute wizard with the Novocain needle; you almost can't feel it at all! I have had injections by numerous other dentists in the past, but no one has been as gentle and skilled as Dr. Remigino!) Same experience as other reviewers. Dr Remigino is great, have been going to her with my family for many years. When she was in New Britain, we never had a problem with the office staff. One time my wife showed up for an appointment at the new office in Plainville, they said they were short on staff, and asked her to reschedule. She did, and knew she had to rush there at the new appointment, but worked with them. She got stuck in traffic for the new appointment and was 5 min. late. They tried to send her away and charge her a $75 fee!!!!! Charged me a fee one time for my Sons missing an appointment which he swears he never made. One time I showed up for a cleaning on time, waited 45 min in the waiting room, never complained, during the cleaning, the girl was having day care problems and ke

The dentists are great but I will never go again because of the office manager.My daughter made an appointment 6 months go, unfortunately my wife lost her job and with it our dental insurance. My daughter went to her appointment and was told she needed to pay the cleaning charge of$190.00 up front. She said she couldn't afford that and asked if she could be billed. The answer was no, she was then told she couldn't leave until she paid a $75.00 cancellation charge. Are you kidding me!!!!!!!! I got on the phone with this person who was so rude and informed her we weren't paying any cancellation charge and we would never be coming back. I would suggest they get rid of this person before they lose all their patients

Dr Edelson is the best. Laura my hygienist is like family. It’s a great team and great office! Definitely recommended!
