I was recently referred to Pro Active for physical therapy. I am so impressed with the care and attention I received from the entire staff. I was not excited about starting but after the first visit I was actually looking forward to my appointments. The office workers are so helpful. They have a person who explained my insurance to me and I did not have to anything, they handled all the paperwork for me. If I had a question about my account, I was able to talk to their billing person who is very nice and was so patient with all my questions. The front desk girls are always ready to help and able to work around my schedule for my appointments. Dr. David Lodmell is amazing. I cannot say enough about him. He has the best personality and makes therapy so much fun. He takes the time to explain
