These are the most caring professionals, I have ever encountered. You are treated like, your are the only patient there. My husband and I,have been coming here for a few years, and don’t have one complaint. Phone calls are answered promptly. You don’t have to wait around all day for a call back. Everyone we have come in contact with is so friendly, and caring. Thanks Dr. Novelli, and your wonderful staff for making our lives so much better.

I became a patient last year, after I retired and a switch of insurance plans didn't allow my original physician. The staff here is exceptional and I felt like they took the extra time to really get to know me and my health concerns. This week, at the most unopportune time, 3 days prior to a 6 month trip out of state, my husband's primary Dr suddenly retired. My husband is on critical necessary prescriptions for diabetes. The staff here went above and beyond expectations to ensure my husband was timely seen so he wouldn't have a lapse in his medications. I can never state how thankful we are for such care.

BEST doctors and staff around! I travel to see them. I always feel heard,supported and cared for from the moment I walk through the door. I never feel like a bother or an inconvenience. Love this practice! So grateful for everyone who works there!

After moving out of my parents home, leaving school, and not needing to see a doctor for roughly 5 years, I was dropped as a client due to cancelling a physical for work. EXTREMELY disappointed that the doctor I have seen my entire life refuses to see me because I don’t bring them any revenue. Jessica was rude when I questioned the reason for not being seen. Dr Novelli is phenomenal, great with kids and adults alike, but this business practice is outrageous.

I had been going to see Dr Novelli for 20 years and right in the middle of Covid I was dropped as a patient because of a $50 overdue bill. I called and told them I was unaware and would happily pay the bill to be reinstated but they said that was their policy and refused to allow me to pay and come back as a patient. I don’t want to give my business to a place like this anyway, very disappointing!!!
