Cy's Elma Pharmacy

Cy's has a wonderful efficient pharmacy. I get my flu and covid shots there too. They also have drug store items to buy over the counter, grocery items, and a beautifully displayed gift department. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Cy's is the best! Always friendly and always helpful if I have any issues with my scripts. Much better than corporate pharmacies. Plus I get to support a local business. Highly recommended.

Constantly have problems with prescriptions being ready. Call and they say it is ready, get there and it’s another 15min. Doctors office says it’s sent, Cys says they never received it. Thought it would be great for convenience close to home but rather drive for no prescription issues

Absolutely terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Nobody is in a hurry to do anything here multiple people behind the counter standing around and not doing anything. Also have prescriptions called in from my doctor only to get there and wait in line for 25 minutes for them to tell me they haven't received it. Do not go here. Terrible terrible customer service.
