Absolutely outstanding—truly a 1000/10 experience! I only wish I had known about Dr. Jo when my daughter was going through her orthodontic treatment. The team is consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. I had my braces removed today, and my entire journey with Dr. Jo has been exceptionally smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Joe for anyone seeking orthodontic treatment. I came across Dr. Joe after my previous orthodontist unfortunately experienced health issues and passed away. During that time, I also discovered that my previous orthodontist was not a specialist in braces, and instead of helping me, he made my situation worse. I'm not speaking ill of him, but it was definitely an unfortunate event, and I wish I had done better research before starting treatment with him. Fortunately, I found Dr. Joe, who was the only orthodontist in the area who was straightforward and honest. He didn't try to take advantage of my situation and proposed a plan to get me out of braces, doing his best to correct the issues while being mindful of the costs. I’ve been fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Jo and his incredible team since my early teen years. My smile before I had braces with them was something I was so so ashamed of, from the first month I got my braces on my teeth shifted & my smile & confidence changed! Every visit from 2014 and onward was nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Jo’s entire team is kind, personable, and they leave a mark even after so many years. Not to mention, Dr. Jo always catered to making those who had intellectual differences from us still have a smile that was one to be proud to wear. I cannot recommend his work, his team, and his office enough. Even after almost a decade, they remembered me and my family and they make you feel like family. Dr Jo and his staff are the best!!!! During Covid he was so professional and welcoming! A few years ago, I got my own braces finished with Dr Jo when my former orthodontist stopped working and it was the a painless and easiest transfer ever!!!! 4 years later when my daughter needed braces, no questions asked, Dr Jo was the man!!! His staff are(is?) amazing!!!! When covid hit, things were smooth with their professionalism!! Thank you Dr Jo! When my 7 year old will need orthodontics, we will be with Dr Jo!!!
