David J Dexter OD PC

5 years ago I would have given Dr Dexter 5 stars. I have seen him sense I was a child for particular eye issues but now his staff is rude, keeps you on hold and won't even return your calls. If I don't hear back within 24 hours I will be emailing Dr. Dexter personally. Professionalism has went from 10 to 1 bc of the people representing his business and name.

The staff at Harbor Eye is amazing. It's a welcoming atmosphere and the staff works well with you to assist in anyway they can. Dr. Dexter is phenomenal with my 5 year old son. He really knows how to build great rapport with his patients.

The staff here are always nice. Both Dr. Dexter and Youngman are very professional and make my appointment pleasant. I've been going here about 5 years and have not had a bad experience. As a matter of fact, I would come here just to hear Dr. Dexter talk and tell his stories.

While they have 1 good person that make adjustments, this office is terrible. Typical of all Oswego businesses. Attitude, slow, terrible customer survive. They always make you wait forever, then they have an office of women bossy as can be treating you like a 5 year old. Not appreciated. .

I had to return my glasses FOUR times before they got it right and that was only after seeing the wife for another exam. Then, after my insurance changed and I asked for a copy of my correct Rx to bring to my new doctor, they gave me the wrong Rx. I'll pay out of pocket to see any other eye doctor before I ever go back to this hack.
