If I could give Dr. Donald 10 stars I would. He is by far the best pediatric dentist ive ever met. I drive 30 min across the city for my child to be seen at his office and I am never disappointed. The office staff is always timely, compassionate, and the nicest to talk to. The office runs on time and is helpful each time I need help with a billing question, a school note, and appointment scheduling. I could go on and on about how wonderful this office is. Other doctors offices should take notes bc a lot of them fall short. The care and compassion at this office is unmatched and greatly appreciated. Thank you for being intentional with the care of my child. I tell all of friends and family about this office bc of how wonderful they are.

This office used to be great we had been going here for the past 3-4 years. As of our most recent experiences we are looking for a new dentist. My daughter needed a cavity filled and was having a hard time with the laughing gas. The lady assisting barely spoke English and was unable to talk to her or calm her or engage with her really at all. The staff also tried to get x-rays on my daughter who is very petite and kept using the larger tool to take it and she kept gagging it out. They finally switched it and also got someone else who seemed to actually talk to and engage with my child. If you work in pediatric dentistry you should know how to talk to kids. I have always liked Dr. Donald but at my last visit I felt brushed off and hurried out regarding my concerns and his calendar is booked

I have three children. Past few years between the three kids we’ve needed work done. Every time it’s been scheduled at least six months out. My daughter was even in pain this past June 2025 with a tooth needing to be pulled and was told it wouldn’t be until January 2026. They put you on a waitlist and never call you with a sooner appointment. I was patient and gave this office the benefit of doubt for years with multiple procedures. My last straw was when my son, who has been having sensitivity on the front of his teeth with hot and cold things FOR YEARS, us always chalking it up to him just having sensitive teeth, I finally transferred them to a new dentist and we find out he has a cavity on each of his lower front teeth. Since getting the cavities filled he can eat ice cream again withou

Dr. Donald is wonderful with both our younger and older children. Very personable dentist and staff is great as well. They’ve always been patient with one of our kids who doesn’t always do the best at being completely cooperative (ADHD). We have taken our kids to this office since approx 2016. Highly recommend!

We have been coming to this practice since 2018. Dr Donald and his staff have been uniquely committed to my daughter's dental health. We spend time in two different states and the office has always been cooperative and sensitive to our needs. Everyone here is courteous, professional, and most importantly committed.
