David Bailey, OD

Dr Bailey came highly recommend by a Doctor we trust, but sadly, thanks to the horrible customer service of the greeting staff, we never were able to find out. As new patients, from the time the door was unlocked to let us in, being handed clipboards for personal information, AND providing insurance information, the staff member assisting us spoke one word during all this time, "Name". I know customer service isn't what it use to be, BUT, this experience is the most horrible customer service experience I've ever had and this needed to be brought to Dr Bailey's attention!!

Dr. David Bailey is the absolute best eye doctor I've ever been to. He's thorough, patient, and kind. He really listens to what his patients are saying through out the eye exam. I've been going to him for years. My son needed an eye exam and glasses. I wanted to send my him to the best and I did! Dr. Bailey did my son's eye exam and the wonderful ladies that work in the eyeglasses section helped him pick out just the right frames and they were on an unbelievably low special! I'll continue to see Dr. Bailey and this practice till he retires!

I went to my appointment on May 21st saw Dr Bailey he was great. I had bought frames and lenses the last time I was there and couldn't wear them because they made me feel like I was in a fish bowl. So I said that my frames were never worn so I just needed new lenses. They offered no discount ( I had taken them back several times about the fact I couldn't wear them no solution was really offered) I feel I was way over charged and they still do not have my glasses ready over a month later! Not happy!!

Best place to get contacts and glasses. They really try to get the right fit for your prescription. The doctor was very personable as well. I will be back.

Hands down best eye doctor you'll ever meet. Couldn't ask for a friendlier, more wholesome, or more professional doctor.
