Today was my first visit to Dasling Dentistry in Charlotte and it was truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were so welcoming and kind, they even wished me a Happy Black History Month, which made me feel seen and proud to support a Black-owned practice. There was barely any wait time, and my hygienist Kayla was AMAZING. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel super comfortable the entire appointment. They completed a full perio charting (something I had never had done before), and I really appreciated how detailed and educational the visit was. Not all dental offices are the same. Love Dasling Dentistry. The Receptionist has a great voice and pleasant, welcoming aura. The Hygienists and Dental Assistants are thorough and kind. I have been treated by both Dentists and they are always confident & competent and communicate clearly. Yes, you have to be a thoughtful and prepared consumer. Know your plan and its limits, watch for overselling, and be careful not to buy anything you cannot easily afford (same thing with buying a car, btw). But if you work in partnership with Daling Dentistry, you will be in good hands
