Dash Rapid Result Pre-Employment Clinic

Called to make appointment on Friday for the upcoming Monday. Said that they take walk-ins from ten to I believe two or three so I figured that’s fine. Showed up at 10:15 on that Monday with 3 other customers waiting outside the door. We all got talking, calling the number listed, and ringing the door bell trying to get someone to tell us what’s going on but nobody answered the phone or the ring alarm system. After reading other reviews, I would clearly stay away from this place. I had two days to get my testing done and called to make sure I could get it done on Monday but after waiting for 45 min, I called and had my testing switched over to a professional medical office in Conyers and not this one employee joke of a business.

An absolute joke. I’ve been trying since last Friday to get my drug test done for a position at Delta. That Friday, I came down without calling because their hours said they were open and they take walk-ins. I get down there and despite their “open” sign being on, no one’s there. I call and they say they are doing mobile testing in Alabama (?). So I call the following Wednesday to ask about availability and they say they are still in Alabama, but they would be back Saturday (today). I set up an appointment for 10am, show up, “open” sign is on, ring the doorbell, no answer. I call and they sound confused when I mention my name and appointment because apparently they were closed all week due to issues in the building (???). That’s the first I heard about that! So now Monday is my deadline to

Wow, just wow. This is the sorriest soup-sandwich of a business I’ve seen. Stood up for 2 appointments. Went a third time and rang the buzzer while the Open sign flashed above the entrance. Teen answered the door and said they were closed. When I explained that I had an appointment, they said, “lemme check,” and shut the door, locking it in the process. After 10 minutes I rang the bell every minute for the next fifteen minutes. No answer. They’re the definition of worthless. I haven’t been treated like this since the time my bicycle seat fell off.

I'm leaving a single star because leaving none isn't an option. I called in for directions because GPS was inaccurate. The phone call ended as I pulled in. Nobody came to the door. So I call the number back and the lady on the phone said she was out of the office for personal reasons and the other office personnel left for lunch. I said "ok, when will she be back in, I'll come back then". She replied "at three o'clock"... I arrived at 12:45 PM. Not worth it guys. I can see why they're in this location and not a more professional plaza. In events such as this one; and when I have more than one option to choose from, I will start my decision with best reviews instead of convenience in location.

This place is a joke!! I have been stood up 3 times now! I even had an appointment 2 times and no one showed up! I even called the night before to verify my second appointment. The lady said she would be there at 8 am. I showed up, no one was there! I tried calling the number 3 times and no body answered. Every body working there is very unprofessional!
