this review is a little overdue, but here’s my long review. i was diagnosed with epilepsy (JME) at 16. Dr. Morse in pediatric neurology was an absolute miracle! he was very personal and direct, it was a sad time when it was my last appointment with him :( amazing man and seriously deserves a lot of recognition!!! now here’s my main reason why i’m reviewing. i’ve seen a lot of reviews about staff being neglecting…but when i was in pediatric ICU because of a seizure i had, these nurses were absolutely amazing and nurturing. I had missed my high school graduation due to it and in the photos attached to this review..is something i look back on a lot. holding my own graduation ceremony in my hospital room. it definitely brought tears to my eye, but it made me realize that these nurses and doc

From Littleton, NH Went to DHMC Er with my adult son that has chronic pain from organ issues. From the first employee to the last employee we were both treated with respect and kindness. The staff was caring, concerned, non-judgmental, not rushed, empathetic, on top of every detail. In my lifetime I have never, ever seen this quality in a hospital. I cannot name one person out of 30+ individuals that were in charge of his care, they were all amazing! I wish the local hospitals where we live would follow in their footsteps. They are the exact opposite. If at all possible I recommend taking the time if you’re able to travel to Dartmouth if you want the best care. Dartmouth please consider training other hospitals and staff on how to treat and respect patients. I’m 68 years old, lived

Care here is great, if you find the right person. Bess Trevino specifically is probably the best doctor ive had. Ive dealt with chronic migraines for roughly 15 years. Out of all the doctors ive seen throughout my life, she found the solution. Ive been basically migraine free since starting the new prescription i was given. My mood has changed. My health has improved dramatically. Its crazy to have this feeling of normalcy for what feels like the first time in my life. Thank you

Our experience in the Birthing Pavillion was nothing short of amazing we felt well taken care of and were really informed ,the labour process was quick and efficient based on the expertise of the team and just being understanding and human…. big shout out to our midwife team Eden, Hannah and our nurses Laura, Ally and Shannon you guys were angels never knew the process would be so smooth and calming welcoming my baby girl to the world . Love you guys don’t stop being the rockstars you are!!!!! Kevin and Rushelle ❤️

Update: Since writing this review I have looked through my MyChart and realized that this wonderful amazing hospital found I had a heart murmur in Dec 2023 and decided not to say a damn thing or investigate it at all. I have been experiencing what I would chalk up to "cardiac issues" for YEARS, am always tachycardic when I am triaged anywhere, and they had access to most/all of that information and chose not to act on it because they found THC in my urinalysis, so that was CLEARLY the cause of my issues. Thank you, once again, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, for doing absolutely nothing last week for my very sick partner, who has since gotten significantly worse and will not be returning to your emergency department.
