I’ve never experienced sciatic pain like that before. After three days of rest and NSAIDs with no real improvement, I booked an appointment with Mike. From the first visit, he was kind, calm, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain how the body works, what was likely causing the sciatic pain, and what I had probably injured. I had an excellent response to Osteopractic treatment from Dr. Mike Nash. I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and had 12 treatments over 7 weeks. His treatment plan took me from limping on a stiff swollen leg to walking normally. I still have arthritis and continue to strengthen muscles to support the joint. The dry needling reduced swelling and inflammation and allowed the patella (knee cap) to be eased back into correct position. The exercise plan he provided is practical and effective. Dr. Greg has done wonders for my low back pain though dry needling with 80% of my pain gone in 2 visits. For reference, I cycle frequently and train for several races throughout the year. I have ridden with back pain since being hit by a car 25 years ago in college having suffered a herniated disk and chronic right low back muscle spasm. I thought it was a fact of life and just had to deal with it. Over the past two weeks, 2 treatment sessions, my right back muscles have loosened up significantly and most of my pain is gone even during max efforts and 5-6 hour rides. The results are astounding.
