Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Nashua | Urgent Care

I went here last night for an urgent visit after it was recommended by a triage nurse. I saw Dr. Young and was very pleased with my care. He listened and was supportive and kind. We discussed several options that would be right for me. The wait was only 20 minutes, which is nice considering it was around 5 pm. I highly recommend Dr. Young.

I came here for a large wound. I like that the waiting area is large and quiet and people are spaced out. It was about a 1.5 hour wait on a weekday morning, perhaps a dozen people waiting. The staff were upbeat and caring and went out of their way to make me comfortable and be sure I understood what their plan was for treatment and stitches. I recommend this for urgent care. My only unknown is if there will be higher charges being in a "hospital setting".

I experienced medical malpractice at Dartmouth Hitchcock. I was seen a month ago by Dr. Kremzner because I was experiencing UTI symptoms. They assured me the urine test was negative even though it was not and they also forgot to culture the sample. I called again a few days later in extreme discomfort saying that the symptoms did not resolve and asked for an antibiotic and they said no told me to just change my laundry detergent. I went back and had my urine retested and the nurse told me it was negative. When the PA came in the room she immediately showed concern for how bad of a UTI the results showed. I was shocked because the nurse had just told me the results were negative AGAIN and they misread my test from a month earlier. The PA confirmed that the providers had made a mistake. This

The Urgent Care at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Nashua is THE BEST!!!!! The kindness there is great, wait times excellent, and the Doctors and PA'S are just nice and caring all around. When my hope is fading over getting help with any medical issue I head there and they will help me or turn me in the right direction. Thank GOD for people like them.

The care that I received was outstanding. I am a nurse and I notice things that others may not. The provider listened to what I was saying and she did more than I expected, and I am so grateful. It was exactly what I needed to start feeling better. I highly recommend them. The wait time may seem long, but you are getting quality care, in my opinion. Thank you Jennifer and Eileen!
