Had an appointment waited an hour and a half to get in with no one telling me what’s going on then I had to go back for a cleaning. I had to reschedule. The appointment. Couldn’t get another one for four months. In the meantime I came down with cancer, and Dr. Sims spoke with my oncologist About what he could do and what he couldn’t do I tried several times to schedule an appointment prior to January and no one would call me back.

I Had another bad experience with this office running extremely late. This was the third strike and the worst yet that. I received multiple texts messages leading up to the appointment and a call on appointment day to confirm the appt for 4pm. I get to the office at 3:50pm , check in and they swipe my credit card for the co-pays/deductible. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes with not a word from any of the office staff, clinical staff, or Dr. Simms himself letting me know what was going on or an updated timeline. Finally after the hour and fifteen minutes I went to the desk and asked one of the hygienist if I could get my money back. She unfortunately said since the office staff left for the night that I would have to call back in the morning to request a refund for the service I didn’t

Dr. Simms is the kindest, most caring, knowledgable and HONEST dentist. We've been with him for MANY years. My kids, now adults, still go to him. His mellow and patient style calms you immediately. Make an appointment with him, you won't be disappointed.

I agree with all the reviews previous to this one. I find Dr. Simms to be an excellent dentist with a calm and reassuring nature, and his staff to be friendly and professional. I want to add also that I have never had to wait in the waiting room beyond my scheduled time and on the one occasion I had a 'perceived' emergency, they told me to drive right down and they took me in immediately. I highly recommend him!

My appointments at Dr. Simms' office are consistently great. I genuinely look forward to seeing Heidi, who is both a wonderful dental hygienist and all around human being. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr. Simms is kind, clearly communicative and makes me feel at ease. I've never had any problems with scheduling, paperwork processing, etc. This office has served me and my family extremely well for 16+ years -- you know it's a great place when you're actually EXCITED to go to the dentist! :)
