As far as Hospitalized Dentistry scheduling goes, Darla is not able to properly accommodate. One time, she had my son on a list with the wrong dentist, that delayed his treatment an entire year. Last time, it was delayed by 6 months. Only 3 times in 18 years, has my son had treatment, so when we agreed on every 2 years, I hoped it would actually happen. After I complained to Dr. Hechanova, infront of Darla, about the timeliness issues, as well as not receiving promised x-rays (again), she sent out a letter, denying my son treatment. She is the mediator between Redwood Coast Regional Center Clients, and Partnership/Medi-Cal Hospitalized Dentistry. She's mad at me, for complaining about her, so my son suffers even more??? We now have to leave the area, for treatment. I don't know w
