Danny Ortiz, MS

In my 28 years of life, I have to say Dr. Danny is the BEST doctor i have ever seen. He immediately showed his sympathy to my concerns, provided me with information and the tools to becoming better. I went in for neck and back pain and he recommended different techniques/advice to getting better. Even with no guarantees he made me feel a lot better than I did walking in. My appointment was not rushed, and he made me feel sane leaving his office. Very grateful for him.

Dr. Danny Munoz and his staff are so unprofessional and rude. I called a few days ago to make an appointment for my father who is a patient there and they put me on hold and later hung up on me. I was already disappointed, but I called later the same day to make the appointment for my father because he goes there. After I made the appointment, I requested to speak with the doctor because my father was finishing his pills, and he needed his prescription to be sent to the pharmacy as always, but the lady in the reception told me that my father needed to see the doctor. I tried to explain to her that my father already made an appointment and while he waits for his appointment something can happens to him if he does not take his pills because he suffers from high blood pressure and heart. De

I am not a patient but my elder mom is and I'm the one who takes her there. Her 1st visit we did had to wait a while which I didn't appreciated but Dr Danny is such an attentive, kind an empathetic dr that it made out for the wait. The second visit practically was no wait. As I signed in and filled some papers they called her in. The nurses where kind and helpful. They made my mom feel great. As she put it I felt like an adult not a hopeless elder person. From the front window personnel, to the nurse taking her in and doing her vitals and the personnel giving us her prescriptions everyone is very kind and professional. I wish there was private parking and this would be beyond perfect. Lol I highly recommend Dr.Danny Ortiz
