Danielle is truly an incredible person and practitioner. I have been fortunate to be working with her for years. Danielle creates a safe and compassionate environment to work through past experiences. We don’t necessarily realize how much our body and minds hold onto what we have gone through. EMDR and trauma therapy have changed my world. I am able to think clearer and have truly found myself, my confidence, and inner power. It has made a positive impact in my personal life and relationships. I believe in this so much so I plan to use EMDR in my own career. I am so grateful to have found Danielle! EMDR therapy with Danielle has been a game changer for me and my mental health. At first, I was unsure about EMDR therapy, as I've only done CBT/DBT in the past. What I actually found though was that EMDR worked even better for me, as it helped me process my past trauma more than I've ever been able to previously. EMDR allowed me to explore thoughts that would otherwise be very overwhelming for me to open up about, while keeping me calm and grounded in the present.
