My visit here wasn’t necessary bad, however there are a few interesting observations. Let’s start with the gentleman at the front desk. Instead of a uniform he was wearing a wrinkled old, navy sweatshirt, and a pair of jeans. His wardrobe seemed a bit unprofessional, and his disheveled hair and face looked like he rolled out of bed and came straight to work. Although he wasn’t rude to me, he was very dismissive and it was clear he didn’t want to be there. Dr Baruch and the other staff workers we fine except for the fact that they were not personable at all. It didn’t feel warm , inviting or approachable. It felt more like you came, I seen you, now get out.
