DISHONEST SCAMMERS - WILL CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE BEHIND YOUR BACK!! I was on hold for way more than an hour just to get an appointment, I made sure to ask over the phone if they would provide the service I needed and take my insurance, they said they would. Drove from Brooklyn all the way to the Bronx just for them to completely go back on their word on the day of. No apologies! Very RUDE. And it gets WORSE!!!! First thing they tried to do is shove you in for x-rays before they even ask you what you need. I was glad I asked questions before that, and found out they do not take insurance for what I needed. I chose to communicate that I was upset they wasted my time. I walked out having had no service provided. Months later, I find out they not only charged for a consultation fee, but a
