He is my husbands sleep Dr. he is very nice, respectful, explains things thoroughly. He makes sure you understand what is going on. He makes sure that he explains any plans of treatment. All of his staff at Dunn Avenue branch are kind and caring.

Dr. Thielemann always listens and takes time with my visits. He goes above and beyond with patients care. Thank you Dr. Thielemann for always providing excellent care.

Dr. Thieleman is kind, knowledgeable and professional. I felt like he took his time to listen to me and not rush through the visit. Office staff were wonderful and efficient. Overall, very satisfied with this office!

I really liked this doctor. Very straightforward and personable as well. Very informative. Only thing I was dissatisfied about was when I went to schedule sleep apnea machine I was told I would have to go to Fleming Island office or Skinner Parkway. And he told me I would be able to come to this location which is near my home. So being visually impaired and not driving far and in unfamiliar areas it's too inconvenient for me. Wait time was a bit too. I think they overscheduled him. But as a doctor I think he is great.

Check in was quick and easy. Office staff were friendly. Office was neat and clean. Dr Thielemann was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He was on a tight time table and therefore the visit felt slightly rushed. All things were covered but again slightly rushed. Dr Thielemann needs to be allowed a bit more time scheduled for each patient to make the visit feel comfortable.
