My experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing. I was told my children needed over $600 worth of dental work that “had to be done immediately.” Thankfully, I got a second opinion only to learn that none of it was actually necessary. It felt like a clear attempt to push unnecessary treatment for profit. To make matters worse, there have been multiple staff changes, making it hard to establish any consistency or trust. Every visit felt like starting over, and the lack of coordination was concerning. Perhaps most unsettling was that the dentist’s own oral hygiene did not appear to be up to professional standards. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and sweet. My oldest is a little scared of the dentist but he is very patient and kind with her. My youngest needs to have a cavity refilled again and he was able to make it affordable for me. I’m very appreciative. Thank you for your sevices Dr. C! You rock!
