I was a client for 17 years and I can tell you Dr. Boyd is a great dentist however the staff was lacking since he’s wonderful secretary moved away. He was fast to dismiss our family for not fault of our own but due to the scheduling of their own staff Lisa. They can cancel your appointments the day of it but you can not. I’m glad I found someone new in the area but do not try to explain why appointments weren’t kept because they do not care. I guess don’t get fool by the kindness they portray.

My first time here, friendly staff and great visit. They really did a detail exam, cleaning and evaluation. They answered my questions and told me things for my teeth that I didn't realize. I finally started the Water Flossing and got the recommended Ulta...lol..definitely takes practice but I can tell a big difference than string floss. I recommended to family and they are signed up..Thank you Team!

Called to get info on this office as I saw the good reviews and saw this dentist is in network with my insurance whereas my current one isn’t. The receptionist (“Linda” I think was her name) was short, abrupt, and sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered. I’m sure Dr Boyd is a fine dentist but it sounds like he needs to do a better job training his staff on how to be professional, because my unpleasant experience just cost them a potential customer.

Best dentist and staff I have ever dealt with. I have had extensive work done by Dr. Boyd and it is by far the best dental work I have had done. I have never once felt any pain in his chair. I am always excited when I get the reminder text for my 6 month cleanings. His staff is also wonderful I always feel like welcomed as I walk in and talk to Joy about our pets and life while I check in. He is also not the type to push extra work onto you that you don’t need and is very knowledgeable and FUNNY. Thanks Dr. Boyd and staff!

The best dentistry in the CSRA! Dr.Boyd and his staff are caring, gentle and very friendly. They are not just there to fix your teeth but educate you and if you’re lucky you’ll get a great joke off the day! Dr. Boyd is the best!
