I would rate the overall friendliness of the direct care staff as ten out of ten. But, about two years after getting a crown from Dr. Duran, I had to go in for a root canal retreatment because the crown was not fully sealed. Mind you, the tooth that had the original root canal, gave me no problems for the 12 years it didn't have the crown. The infection was so bad that I had to undergo antibiotics and prescription pain killers for two weeks. Huge expense that resulted in more expenses. Great for cleanings and such... But, just be cautious about the more complicated dental issues.

Dr. Duran is wonderful! He's not like any other dentist I've ever seen. He is gentle, has a great "chairside manner" and he LISTENS to his patients. I'd had problem with headaches for years and he identified a problem with a crown I had done 25 years ago. In 30 minutes, he fixed it, and now my headaches have stopped. I was blown away. This was an issue that at least 10 other dentists had never noticed over the past 25 years. His staff is amazing too. His assistant Lori has a such a calming and soothing personality. She's just awesome; warm, caring, and welcoming. I highly recommend this office. They truly care about their patients, and it shows from the moment you walk through the door. 5 stars just isn't enough.

Dr. Duran has been my dentist for many years. I always feel very comfortable there. They sent me a quick text to confirm my appointment. I appreciate this. I have been going to Dr. Duran for several years now. He is a capable and knowledgeable Dentist. His is an excellent practice. My teeth were a mess when I began going, in that I had not visited a dentist in something like 20 years. Recently, it came to his attention that a chipped tooth needed work. He did the prep, and temp work, and I was out in under an hour. The new crown will be fitted next week and I predict no problems. His staff is very good, and go out of their way to alleviate any worries.

Dr Duran came highly recommended by my long time dentist in Colorado. I was very pleased with my initial visit. The office staff obviously takes COVID19 precautions seriously which I appreciated very much. My cleaning went well and Dr Duran's exam was thorough. He even smoothed and polished a crevice in one of my teeth that my other dentist wanted to fix as part of a restoration plan. Grateful to be a new patient of Dr Duran's office.
