Dallas Healthcare for Children

I found this clinic when I moved over here about 3 years ago now. I have 5 kids and I am beyond grateful I found this pediatrician. There is normally a wait yes but that’s normal with any clinic. Sometimes it’s 10 minutes sometimes it’s 30 but I have never been disrespected. I love that they have a pharmacy on site. She is lovely. Dr. McCall is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and always answers any and all questions. I love the overall clinic because it’s decorated so kid friendly. The only thing they could work on is the waiting time.

Do not take your children here. Every visit we are made to wait several hours past our appointment time. Getting refills is next to impossible. They have no regard for the time comfort or well being of the families in their care. They are incapable of communicating effectively. They do not respond to portal messages. They do not return calls. The providers are dismissive. The pharmacist is for whatever reason absent most of the time. I was asked to request refills via her DMs on Instagram. I was told yesterday that if I could make it in within 30 minutes I could pick up my kids refills. I made it there and was turned away and told to make an appointment. I show up for the appointment and wait for 43 minutes. I was never acknowledged by the provider. I inform the receptionist that I will no

I bring both of my daughters & I honestly love it here. There is a bit of a wait but thats normal for any clinic. My props are for the main doctor, we love her! She is so knowledgable and she wont waste your time when she does come in. If you need any kind of help figuring things out, shell take you step by step.

Personally have been to this office since I myself was young. Now my child is attending 12 months. The staff has changed. The front desk have no welcoming matters. They’re rude including on the phone. The MA’s have on leggings as uniforms? Wait time on well visits now just in the lobby 40+ minutes then you get called back to wait additional time. Lord forbid you have a sick visit /walkin established patient. Waited 1hr and 5 minutes today not to get called back or asked anything at all finally walking out at almost 2 hours. Poor child running a fever of 102, runny nose , croup cough and rapid breathing . This may be the downfall of this clinic with this staff.

They had the main doctor come and tell me that that place wasn’t for me be I said I didn’t want to vaccinate my kid who was barely two weeks old.
