Dallas Dental Specialists

This is the best dental office in Dallas. All of the staff is awesome and very informative and professional. I usually get nervous going to the dentist, but not at this office. I highly recommend this place. From the front desk to the back-office staff and Dr. Milenbaugh they really care and take of you. I love going here. 5 STARS!!!!

Really great experience, were able to get me in and out really quick. Staff was very friendly and were clear about treatment and everything they did. Highly recommend this office, huge relief to find a good dentists after having so many bad experiences at other places. Dr. Milenbaugh is a straight shooter. We will likely make this office our primary dentist.

Nice office & people - the hygenist is good but the dentist is TOO rushed - quick is not necessarily a good thing & didn't allow the numbing shots to take effect before drilling on me so now unfortunately I'm hesitant to give a second chance!!

Always easy to get into, the staff is always kind and my teeth always leave super clean. Dr.M is always willing to go above and beyond for his patients he is cautious and doesn’t do “not needed” procedures like other dentist I’ve experienced in the past that rack up $$$$. Easy parking and access to office too.

They squeezed me in when I had an emergency and I wasn’t even a customer yet! Cleaning with scraping was completely pain free and the assistant was so sweet. They even had my favorite music playing. My emergency issue was easily handled. The front desk staff was wonderful too! It was a long drive for me to get there but I will go back because I was treated so well there and remained pain free throughout my visit. Highly recommend this office.
