These two ladies that work up front are very nice and respectful i love coming to this doctor offices very friendly and they care about our health I brought myself and my granddaughter

Went in as a new patient, and was greeted by Chavonne, at the front desk. She is so kind and helpful, and had a great smile! Im. Yesenia was my Medical Assistant, she was wonderful! Asked all the right questions and actually listened to me. Thank you for a great experience!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! I went to this office after getting new insurance from my job and found them through my insurance company. In December 2023, I went in for a regular physical and specifically told the person who booked my appointment that it would be my first one since I had switched insurances and for the year. When I received my first bill, they charged me for the physical, and tried to say that I told them I had one previously. After going back and forth they removed it from my bill and I paid the balance. Almost a year later I am still receiving bills and being told that my insurance is responding late. I went in for 1 appointment and had bloodwork, the nurse practitioner then called to deliver the results. Why am I still receding bills? These people are scammers! Falsely char

I have been using Dalewood since I was 10, now 41. We were just there on Monday for our routine physicals and blood work. The front desk staff is always extremely friendly and attentive. Quick to be put in a room, my 3 daughters and myself. The nurse was very patient going through each of us to make sure she had all the information needed. When the doctor came she also was very patient and thorough with each one of us. I've never had a bad experience here. Anyone looking for care needs to keep in mind that this place was once upon a time a walk-in clinic only and now they offer managed care. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quick, attentive, and personable staff.
