Dr. Hall is intelligent, professional, and personable. At first I wanted a male pediatrician for my son and a female for my daughter, but that quickly changed after my first visit with her! For the last 8 years she has felt like part of the family. When I was a first time mom she was very patient and knowledgeable which in turn made feel comfortable bringing my second child to her. I love that she doesn’t quickly run to medicine, she offers natural remedies in addition to prescribed medicines. Making me feel seen and heard! We discuss the babies health first and then she is genuinely concerned and interested in how my personal life is progressing. Today will be the first and last time we see this doctor at Summit Medical. She was quick to judge not knowing anything about me or my children. She made assumptions of my parenting. For example, I told her that my son has an obsession with snacks and she replied “well that’s because you’ve made it that way.” She was not interested in further details about what I meant. Her criticism was off base and therefore did not address my concern. She seemed to be in a rush, cutting me off mid sentence during the entirety of the appointment. I cannot understand the positive reviews of this doctor. Perhaps she was having a bad day today, but I wouldn’t be taking my chances again.

You will never find a more kind, relatable, and down to earth pediatrician like Dr. Hall! We’ve trusted her to care for both of our daughters, 4 and a newborn, after a family member recommended her. She is truly the family’s pediatrician! Her professionalism and expertise while still maintaining the best patient- Caregiver relationship has always been the deciding factor when staying with Dr. Hall. It’s no wonder she has so many patients! We’ve recommended her to our friends who are expecting and I suggest everyone do the same.

One of the best in the field. And trust, I know bc I’ve been to many🙃. I’m blown away by her bedside manner, her intelligence, her eye for detail, her compassion, even her style. She’s really a sweetheart. After our first visit, she was able to diagnose a serious condition that had gone unnoticed by his former pediatricians and I’m so grateful to her for making me aware. And not only is she a great doctor but her team is amazing also! I can’t be happier for choosing her and the comfort ability that my son feels at that office compared to others is way different. My son recently turned 4 months and during our visits to Dr. Hall, we have been harshly criticized for how we parent our child. The way she spoke to us has been humiliating and degrading as if we lack intelligence. Instead of being sympathetic and better conveying of her concerns as well as some techniques as to care for him, she instead forces her thoughts upon how we need to parent our son and raise him. This is our last straw with this Doctor. We are giving Summit Health one last chance with a different pediatrician to see if we as parents and my son deserves the care is needed.
