D Scott Perry RN, FNP-C

Scott has been my PCP for over 5 years. I have recommended him to other family and friends. He listens completely and throughly to my needs, wants, and concerns. He and his team are very responsive to my chart and truly care about their profession. Can’t recommend h him and the whole practice enough

Dr. Scott is the best Doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He never rushes you and the first doctor that I feel actually listens. He's absolutely Amazing and I highly recommend him. He even takes the time to find prescriptions that are affordable. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor. Thanks Doctor Scott. So happy to have found him. ☺️

A couple of years ago before using Scott Perry NP i asked him an important question…”do you have any problems prescribing me testosterone?” His answer was no problem. Just recently, he stopped the subscription when all lab results showed 0.0 PSA. So he reneged on a gentleman’s agreement , and in my books that makes him a liar. When I tried to contact him his office said he was unavailable. Then I receive a certified letter in the mail stating “our physician. Patient relationship has been terminated”. What?

Scott Perry NP-C has been my healthcare provider for over 15 years. He's knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. He provides encouragement and a treatment plan to achieve better health.

So incredibly dysfunctional and no real knowledge of medical services or processes. I call numerous times throughout the week and leave messages, they never call back. They turn on their automated phone system over 20min early before it's supposed to be scheduled for lunch or close of business - I can see that on holidays or like-event days but not every freaking day, c'mon. Nurses or other staff are constantly providing information that contradicts what the doctor and other staff tell you. Their record keeping and billing is a joke. They bill us and our insurance incorrectly all the time. They fail to be knowledgeable of basic requirements for a child to go to school. They messed up my sons shots twice and making me return multiple times and also doubled up on shots he clearly already had
