Super nice office! Newley built and very spacious I wanna come. The building is so nice looking. It has a colonial plantation style feel. I always love visiting Ballard family dental Benbrook. The office staff and doctor are super nice and friendly. Tarah is the absolute best Assistant & Xiomydelis is an exceptional office manager. If you or your kiddos need an orthodontist. Bortnem Orthodontics next-door is fantastic as well. Have digital x-rays and digital teeth scanning capabilities.

Bait and switch! This office should really be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of people. I was given two treatment plans with quotes for tooth #7. The price sounded good so I scheduled an appointment with Jasmine. A day before my appointment I was asked to come in to pay and sign paperwork but the price for that tooth suddenly doubled. When I asked why? Jasmine’s attitude had switched she was rude and said I was quoted wrong before! I should have seen that as a red flag but I figured people make mistakes so I paid the double price. After the treatment I was asked to make another appointment but this time with another dentist in that office because Dr Sutton was not qualified enough to continue treatment. Hygienist Maria in Benbrook office is very sweet and gentle. She explains everything well. She detected a failing root canal that was moving in my mouth. Dentist said she is rare and gifted. I’m so pleased with the team, their equipment, and that the new facility is state of the art.

I had such a great experience as a new patient! Maria, my hygienist, was absolutely amazing—so gentle, thorough, and kind. She made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Dr. Shepard was just as wonderful! He took his time explaining everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about my dental care moving forward. I’m so glad I chose this office. Dr and staff all personable and professional. Beautiful new facilities and convenient booking of appointments along with messaging. They all make it an enjoyable experience going to the dentist!
