I've gone here a couple times after moving to Charlotte. I've had a positive experience with friendly staff. My hygienist is very sweet and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Baker did my exam and was very personable. I'd recommend this dentist!

I was looking for a dentist in the Charlotte area after recently moving here and am happy to have found this office. The staff are friendly, efficient, and capable. Dr. Baker of the practice is great and I would recommend him to anybody looking for a reliable and honest dentist in Charlotte.

I’ve been going to this practice 5 years now and today I felt compelled to express how wonderful of an experience I had today. I had terrible experiences other places previously mostly because I have the “ red head gene” and medication/ numbing is not super effective for me. There is one tooth I’ve had issues with for so long and ultimately I went through the implant process. They sent me to a great surgeon for some work and completed the remainder of the process in office. Today I went in to get ready for the crown and some other work surrounding that implant. I have never been treated with such kindness and attentiveness at a dentist office. They listened to my concerns and adapted a plan of care that made me feel comfortable with minimal discomfort. All my teeth work here has been well

The customer service aspect is absolutely A+, this place has such an uplifting mood atmosphere. However, I had almost perfect dental health all my life that was drastically changed after getting fillings here. 1st they are on the aggressive treatment side; shallow cavities that my previous dentists said were ok to monitor, this office said we must fill. I had fillings before and can say this one felt rushed and sloppy. Post filling, my teeth felt uneven and now I have a teeth gap (bottom and top front teeth can’t touch and they were perfectly fine all my life prior to having work done here). I went back for revision, and again it felt sloppy so I stopped returning. Still to this day, I have yet to find anyone to correct this so I am left with altered chewing all from a filling.

i always have a good experience here Friendly, trustworthy doctor and staff. It’s a nice office setting . This combination always puts me at ease . I have been pleased with the front desk office staff regarding insurance and billing also . I am very happy to have found this office .
