If you have to be in a rehabilitation facility center you would be hard pressed to do better than Cypress Pointe . They are very professional and take the time to make you and your stay personal and caring. One of the most “ unusual experiences at this facility is that they allow you to bring you pet dog or cat for visits. It is the next best thing to sharing their love at home. I can’t say enough about the skill and quality of professionalism that Cypress Pointe extrudes.

Truly sad when someone forgets to hang up in a leadership position and begins losing their mind cussing. All because you ask for information as a caregiver to take care of someone? My dad felt like a prisoner at the facility and I see why now.

Do not send your loved ones here. This is by no means a 5 star rehab facility. My 92 year old mother went to Cypress Pointe in October 2024 for rehab after a 2 week stay in the hospital. She entered with a small bed sore. She passed away December 20, 2024. The cause of death was the bed sore which had worked its way to the down to the bone. The P.T./OT staff were very good. Administration and the medical staff left a lot to be desired. There were 1 or 2 good nurses. Some of the CNAs should look for a new job. We witnessed them being nasty to patients and mom said some were very rough. We requested a family meeting as we weren’t getting any feedback about my mother’s progress. Phone calls and emails were never returned, even after promises of weekly updates were made. We had to track people

My husband became disabled at a young age. In that time he has had many critical medical conditions where I have had to be a care taker. . While my husband was at this facility I let a few instances slide as they were not life threatening. The final instance was life threatening. I had to be the one to make them call an ambulance. The medical staff lacks the knowledge and the aids leave less than to be desired. There is no way that this facility is 5 stars. I beg all of you never to have your loved ones admitted to this facility. if I had the ability to leave a negative star I would have. Please do not believe any of the stars if they are above a 1

It’s been a little over a year since my mom’s discharge from Cypress Pointe Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington NC. As she continues to heal in the comfort of her home, I often think of all the wonderful staff and residents who were involved in her initial recovery. Not everyone is pictured here but I wanted to share some photos I took and express my deep appreciation to all of you. Thanks for caring so much. You really made a difference and I will never forget you. I want to give a special shout out to Heather, who worked tirelessly with my mom to make sure she always got the care and comforting words that she needed, to Dr Williams and his staff who made the rounds to all the patients each morning, and to Rhonda, a very special person and excellent nursing assistant who made a speci
