I typically don't leave reviews, either good or bad, but this has been an awful experience. Tried to get my medication delivered to my house and every single time was a delay, needed prior authorization, etc. Been back and forth with my doctor and CVS Specialty and there seems to be a lack of communication and understanding. Hopefully these people can do better.
Absolutely horrible (as stated in previous reviews). My son's prescription, that was supposed to be filled in November of 2025 (it is now January 2026), has not been sent and this place does not even have any of the information for the insurance to cover the prescription. Please find a competent pharmacy for your specialty prescription needs.
Horrible!!! I'm forced to use them for specialty medication by Aetna-owned by CVS Health. I have missed medication due to shipping errors. I was sent auto inject medication that was opened-they said " It's OK to use-might have opened in shipping" There isn't an auto ship option. The customer service is the WORST I've ever experienced. I had a new auto inject medication & they called to say my co-pay was $2200!!!! I had given them the savings card that had a ZERO co-pay!!! How many people fall for that scam? I used to online chat & waited 3-5 minutes for the agent to respond, asking the same question 3 times, which she never answered. Then responded saying "Since I haven't heard for you, I'm ending the chat" I guess she doesn't realize there is a log of the conversation (which I downloaded)
Don't use this service or allow special prescriptions to go there or you may die. I had a crucial digestive medication transferred from my regular pharmacy to there three weeks ago. I called them a week ago and found it was delayed two weeks bc a computer glitch and was promised next day delivery. I just called back and it hadn't shipped yet. Unbelievable. This is dangerous.
Never looked at reviews until today. Wow! It seems everyone has or is having issues with this pharmacy. When I changed companies and insurance earlier this year I was placed with CVS Specialty Pharmacy for my Specialty medication that I have been taken for over 2 years now. With this medication I should have no copay or no more than $10 due to having a copay card from the medication support company. Every month from May to August I have had to call due to having a balance. Each time the card has either not been submitted at all or not submitted correctly for full payment. So when September came around and yet another balance I didn't bother to call, October I didn't either. Well now I have a balance with statements coming.
