CVS Specialty Pharmacy

RUNN!! JUST DON’T! I PROMISE THIS PLACE IS A WAIST OF TIME AND A CONSTANT HEADACHE. No one knows what’s going on or how to read prior notes or have any type of communication and lack the common knowledge of their policies. Simply needed a prescription filled and sent to my doctor order was sent wednesday called to varify and place order then i was instructed to call my doctors and have them call them since they had not received it yet and have them call it in for urgency, sure ill call. Thursday i called back to insure they received and to place the shipment and pay. i was instructed that there was an issue with the script and i need to call my doctor and tell them to call CVS specialty back.. (not my issue) but sure ill call and be the middle man. Nurse said she would call. I called back

We called to have an overide since we will be out of country for a few month. It was approved on 10/8 and was told to arrange the shipping on Nov 3. Then on 11/5, no shipping was done and called back to CVS and was told it was withdrew without informing us. Now it leaves us no time to talk to the insurance company to have the refill in time.

Terrible service! Being late on meds has before a regular occurrence, no matter how important it is to not miss a dose. Website is not easy to navigate. Often times denying access with the correct password. Today marks the 3rd time my meds will be late. If you have another option for your meds, take it!!

I have spent 2 1/2 years being forced to order my prescriptions through CVS specialty because of my insurance coverage and it has been an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t wish working with them upon my worst enemy. I am willing to pay full price out-of-pocket moving forward to avoid ever speaking to this company again.

Can't get my prescription even though they sent me a letter in the mail saying it was approved. Called twice and still can't get it. Terrible service and it sounds like they are unorganized and don't know what they're doing.
