CVS

I am troubled by the inadequate service at this location, where a substantial number of employees gather in the back area, disregarding their customer service responsibilities. Rather than offering assistance, they simply stare and proceed with their tasks. This negatively impacts the perception of management and customer service. Also, a line of people is present.

incredibly slow and unproductive. I was told me prescription would be ready two days ago and now I’m having to go in and wait until they do it because apparently no one can do their job unless im actively supervising. awesome place to go if you also love watching paint dry and looking directly into the sun.

Tonight the first person who checked me out was super rude, so I removed myself from checking out and got back in line. Happy i did that I went to a different person to check me out and he went above and beyond to help me find a couple things,made sure i got some great prices and applied all my coupons ;). His name is Piere. He is always helpful with everyone and there is some strange people at this cvs all the time. Kudos to him tonight...

Came for water and spend roughly 40 mins waiting. There were 2 cashiers, a very long line and 1 of the cashiers kept yapping with customers (older Caucasian lady) while the remaining cashier (younger latina) was the only one processing new customers from the line. The older lady spent 15-20 mins on 2 people that were shopping together, simply talking about their personal life at the register. Even further, after checkout she went on to take their shopping cart and roll it to a store section for some sort of safe keeping while oblivious to the fact the line kept increasing, maybe 15 people. At no point backup was called anyway.

My cashier Preet was such a sweetheart! She made sure I found everything well and helped me when I had a couple questions. Definitely worth coming here for her.
