Bryan the trainee pharmacist helped me better than any pharmacist I have worked with. He went above and beyond to make sure my medicine is processed correctly! He needs to become a manager!

The cashier didn't greet me, but I greeted her lol. I walked in and initially I was looking for face masks and I passed another employee that I believe worked in the pharmacy, and they didn't ask me if I needed help. I went back up to the front end of the store; I got mints and a candy. I saw the cashier and they said nothing. Had eye contact and they still said nothing. (Im using they them pronouns because im not sure if She is applicable or if its preferred) So I said "Hello, how are you?" and they said "fine" That's was the 1st time ive ever greeted someone and they didn't get the drift. What's nice about CVS is that you can run it, get what you want, and get out. My last experience at the Coit & Campbell store involved an employee helping me get MAXIMUM coupon value and giving great service. Can't beat that!

The gentleman that checked me out with long hair was amazing and so helpful. Travis I believe was his name I don’t recall I apologize! He definitely deserves to be recognized for having patience and time to show myself and an elderly gentleman before me how to deal with our coupons and saved me some extra $, winning! 🏆 super refreshing to encounter his kindness during these tough times now a days. After buying a bunch of stuff from aldi i decided to go in here to see which snacks i wanted to eat with my Diet Coke. I walked in with the coke and told who appeared to be the manager that i came in with the coke as well. He stated “we also have a color up front by the door” insinuating that i stole the coke from the front. I make too much money to steal a 2 dollar coke . Will not be returning . PS this was at around 220 pm or so if you’d like to check the cameras. Lost a sale and a customer. I also was there at 1 and took 80 dollars out the ATM to pay for my hair to be braided next door.
