CVS Pharmacy y más

Anytime I go to this location whether it’s picking up a prescription or getting something from this pharmacy, there’s never any cashiers in the regular checkout. I get it, maybe it’s understaffed, but some people, and I’m not talking for myself, I don’t mind whether it’s self checkout or regular checkout, but there are some people that would prefer a regular checkout, maybe I’m wrong and they do use the regular checkout, but each time I’ve gone, it’s always the same thing they encourage self checkout more. CVS needs to do better.

Went to northern blvd and 89 street to pick up my meds and experienced the worse customer service experience I have had in my 69 years on this planet. They ignore customer don’t even go to the front just scream log in on the screen, lady next to me didn’t understand and nobody offered to help her they just laughed at the inside counter.

I never get my shots at CVS 90th street. Even though it is super close to my place, you get zero privacy, that biombo is useless. And then, you get this environment. Foto feb 23, 2026. Pharmacy is overloaded with tons of patients.

Staff at the pharmacy are always nice and pleasant. This store needs to be cleaned! Shelves are really dirty and the refrigerators are never cleaned inside. It’s a very busy location. Get it cleaned please

The pharmacy lady was extremely helpful we are presently getting our Medicare and insurance situations clarified as my husband just retired from NYC. She was a great help. Thank you
