CVS Pharmacy

I was glad to find a CVS in town. Allergies almost ruined a very romantic weekend. The CVS was open during regular hours, which was helpful since Woodstock seems to close at sundown. I waited several minutes to check out. Nobody was on the floor, and the self-checkout wouldn't let me buy beer. After shouting a few times, someone finally came out.

The pharmacy can't keep staff and is incompetent. And rude. I finally gave up and switched. Last visit, the main pharmacist threatened to not give me my medication because I complained that they weren't wearing gloves, or cleaning the counter or credit card machine. I went to police as this is illegal and also filed a complaint and wrote CEO. Really horrible. Yes, I was upset, but I was not rude, and no pharmacist can withhold medication because they don' t like the tone of your voice. (And by the way, their receipts are long enough to fill several land fills.)

Best CVS I’ve ever been to. Great pharmacy staff, very caring and knowledgeable. Helping me heal and very accommodating. I love my CVS.

Every time I visit this pharmacy everyone that’s working behind the counter seems like they’ve had a bad day.

The associate was rude, very rude and not helpful. If you have insurance and they want additional $s you are being ripped off. Buy it using Goodrx and do not use the insurance. It will save you a lot of money.
