Fast friendly and almost always has our meds in stock. Not their fault the automated service is desperate not to allow you to speak to a real person.

I recently had an emergency Rx need due to a lost FedEx pkg. Working with my hometown (SC) Physician, I was able to arrange the Rx to go to CVB (Target location in Wilson, NC. Pharmacist Jason ( unknown last) was instrumental in expediting filling it but insuring I got the best rate in spite of the challanges of not duplicating the order. Please thank Jason for me. Always have great service here. They us typically have the Rx I need when other pharmacies sometimes are out of stock. Almost never a wait -- or a long wait of any kind. Well-worth a walk into Target for this service.

called to verify insurance 8/29/24 5:51pm lady picked up was unexpectedly rude. i always ask for the name of the person i speak with especially when I am giving personal info (common business practice), she completely ignored me every time I asked. she then said i dont have to give you my name. oh I didnt know cvs employed CIA, FBI, secret service, undercover agents, your name is top secret, lol. the lady at Target CVS pharmacy is just unprofessional and rude! will be changing pharmacies, hopefully not a commonality in the industry especially when people getting scripts can be going through health issues. i would recommend CVS have customer service training in common courtesy and professionalisms for their staff.

The Wilson CVS in Target has the best staff and customer service. They are always knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.
